59, 11610 Memorial Parkway at the Walmart. Caller's advising in front of the emergency gas station, there's a Hispanic male with a receding hairline, black hair, white t-shirt, camo pants, and red shoes, claiming that his leg is broken. Caller's advising he's seen the subject before a few different times and is asking to leave the property and he has refused.
