Engine 2 responding at the Little Caesars at 406 West Valley Avenue for an altered mental. Engine is a white male, approximately in his 40s. Caller reports a male just walked into the restaurant requesting an ambulance for a sciatic nerve. They advise he's possibly altered, possibly a drug user.
