Command 10. All cars, go for a crowd disturbance. 7660 Dodge Street, Casey's. 7660 Dodge Street, Casey's. Caller with staff states also people are loitering outside at the Ponce. A group of approximately 20 people in 5 to 6 vehicles, possible alcohol, unknown weapons and drugs. Caller requests people be shooed out and gathered elsewhere because their presence deters customers.
