Oscar 5. 5, can I start you over to 1 Salem Square in the parking lot of the YWCA? We have a female named Ava calling. She states that the black sedan is possibly a Nissan with very dark-tinted windows. Black female is in the driver's seat. She appears altered or possibly intoxicated. She's trying to drive, and she's having difficulty driving the vehicle.
