Says dispute with a male, Black, 50s, bald-headed with glasses, white shirt, pulling a gun on him directly at his residence. Caller's unsure of the exact address of the offender and unable to retrieve it for safety reasons. States the male resides in a house with a red porch with rocks and is near the Dialys Clinic.
