Any Harbor unit, 415 man with a possible knife, 303 South Gaffey at McDonald's. In the lobby, suspect is a male Black in his 30s, wearing a black shirt and green pants. He's 390, possibly has a black knife in his pocket. He's yelling at customers. He took the object out of his pocket and then put it back in. Keeps placing his hand into his pocket. Code 2 incident 3033, RD 557.
