214. Information passed on from Issaquah in the area of 4200 block, West Lake Sam. Observed a female drinking in a parking lot, throwing bottles associated to a blue Kia Ioniq. Vehicle was last seen coming northbound on West Lake Sammamish. The subject will be a white female, 60s, heavy set with a tie-dye shirt. The information from the RP to Issaquah. Observed drinking.
