Check subject, 7308 Wilkinson Boulevard. Going to be the bridge over Wilkinson, probably the top of the river. One caller said black male, another one said white male. Had a backpack, straddling the guardrail or either laying on the concrete ledge. One leg over the side, on the westbound side.
