644. 2nd, West Can you check parking with drivers, 1200 East 2nd, 1200 East 2nd at the Target, A4. There's a dirt bike in the parking lot with a possibly juvenile on it doing wheelies. It's a white dirt bike. The juvenile is wearing a green shirt. It's near the drive-up doors. No trespass needed. They just want them to leave.Clear.
