Metro to the BOL for a retail fraud suspect that just occurred. 1166 Ecorse Road at the BP. Black male, about 6'11", with dreadlocks, wearing a white t-shirt and light blue jeans. Went into the back, took some alcohol about 7 minutes ago. Last seen leaving a black sedan, driven by a female. Much is clear, 2021 hours.
