No downed tri-light. It is, the tri-lights are not working. They're only flashing red. It's been going on all morning at 135th and Vermont. Possible electrical issue. Verify, 146th and Vermont? 18L30, 18L30, come in. Go for 18L30. 18L30, for DOT, is it a result of a traffic collision? Negative, appears to be more of an electrical issue. Roger, and which corner for DOT? Roger, ma'am, all sides at the intersection of 135th and Vermont. And be advised, it also borders Gardena, so you may have better luck if the city of Gardena can respond to fix the two.
