Any units got a BOLO for juveniles on e-bikes? Just came in at the Raleigh gas station, 2131 4th Street North. Reference 20 to 30 subjects popping wheelies on 4th Street and then stopping out at the gas station. It's just a passenger, does not want to be seen. Stopped further at 2019.
