For general broadcast only at West Bancroft and Ashland, we have caller, Melissa, reporting a white Kia Soul with the Indiana plate of Baker King Willie 830 waving. They were waving something out of the window at the caller and her children in the vehicle. The caller is not near the location anymore, and she was concerned it was a gun. The vehicle pulled into a Marathon gas. Times 20-09.
