Emergency units, 415 man, 15675 Roxford, 15675 Roxford. Suspect possibly another influence, male, Hispanic, 30 years, wearing no shirt, blue jeans, previously vandalized the store. Subject's now in the middle of the intersection yelling at passing vehicles. That's code 3, incident 2864, RD 1911.
