302, 302, respond for a 10-11 at 2130 Eastmoreland Boulevard, 2130 Eastmoreland Boulevard at Kohl's, cross streets, Main and Springdale, for a female, white, approximately 20, with black top, black leggings, and an orange sweater, tying up her dog outside of Kohl's and shopping for approximately 30 minutes. Caller says she does this all the time. She has since come out of the store but still in the area. Possibly Renee Pierce. If it is, then she's flagged for resisting arrest and 1096. Respond 1040.
