This dude crashed into the back of my car on Vermont and Torrance blvd and took off. Then this happened. Three cars hit and he was arrested. Writing this from the ER.
There was two other cars hit by this guy..parked cars .on 213th st..before this happened..he drove over the people's front yard on 213th..
