An animal complaint, 3943 Richardson Road, 3943 Richardson Road. Caller's advising it's a continual problem with a male possibly beating on the dog. You can hear the dog howling and crying and somebody getting hit. They're advising it's coming from the front third or second, third floor, second door on the left.
