So, responding over to Stop and Go, 802 South Monroe Street. They state there's a female at that location, white female, hot pink shirt, brown hair and a ponytail, trying to cause issues with others. They believe she's possibly intoxicated. Also states that she was walking around the parking lot screaming at people passing by.
