Caller vehicle complaint, uh, car is northbound Hot Meadow Street, just past the Riverview. Caller reports it's swerving all over the road going into oncoming traffic. She says she believes it's occupied by an older gentleman. Regulatory vehicle is Alpha Nancy 69963. Comes back to our room 15 Subaru Outback White out of Carriage Drive, Simsbury.
