And 315 Bravo, I'll get you a back shortly. It's a person down, 1030 16th Avenue South, 1030 16th Avenue South. Rescue's responding, all information from North County. There's a male passed out on the back side of the property. Appears to be a transient sleeping on a mattress, but then the caller said they seem unconscious.
