82. 82. Hey, just 10-14, the patient didn't want to answer any of the complainant's questions, got up and left on the e-bike. He's currently headed northbound on the bike trail. Complainant said he seemed disoriented and was groaning and moaning when he crashed. Had a big groove and a cut on his head. I copy, I'm coming in the area. Can you give me a description? 50-year-old white male, heavy set, wearing a gray shirt, black pants, and glasses. Again, he left on the bike headed.

Jordan 82, make me primary on it. Will you just keep me a patrol unit coming? Copy. Chapel Ridge Drive, Riverfront Parkway. Our complainant saw a male crash an e-bike and fall and hit his head. We have one male patient, conscious, breathing normally. He hit his head on the sidewalk pretty hard. It's a 50-year-old male patient.
