3401 B. In the area of Lampson Street and LaPage Place. It's called in by the CSX Railroad Police. Should be on the train tracks in this area. Five minutes ago, there was a unknown description male wearing all black, about 6 foot tall, going from track to track looking for another train to get on. No mention of any weapons, unknown intoxication.
