12. Dispatch, 4 Engine. Go ahead, 4 Engine. No one seen, along with police and medics. Medic 5 is responding. The individual is complaining of injuries. However, this second floor collapsed, or third floor collapsed into the second floor. I'm going to need PLI at this location to assess further damage to the building. Dispatch, 4 Engine.

Male reporting that his ceiling fell on top of him in the shower. Responding companies are going to be 4, Engine 4, Truck and Battalion 2. All companies remain on fire 1, time is 1406.
