You can be on the lookout for a black Hyundai, 28 of Paul, John, John, 9596. Paul, John, John, 9596. It's going to be a possibly intoxicated motorist. Caller stated that they were swerving all over the roadway. Have no driver description. Windows are going to be tinted.
