Have a hit-and-run at 300 8th Street, 3008th Street, cross of South Rowland Avenue to South Carolina Avenue. Caller advised a male subject hit his porch with his car, fell and hit his head, got back in a blue Ford sedan, and left down 8th Street towards the 8th Street ballpark. A white male and a white female.
