14-41, clear report. 10-4. 10-4, thank you. It's going to be North Tryon Street and J.W. Clay Boulevard intersection. Caller advised the vehicle's been following him for 20 miles. It's a gray Honda Civic, reference a road rage incident. Driver's possibly a black male, but it's going to have tinted windows. There's nothing further.
