3915 Irish Hills Drive for a juvenile complainant. Caller affects a juvenile, running around outside of the apartment complex, on top of vehicles and throwing items at vehicles. They did advise that none of the vehicles were damaged. It's going to be about three Black males, around 10 years old, wearing white tank tops, last seen walking eastbound. 3915 Irish Hills Drive.
