Can you check on a supposed Xfinity vehicle out in front of 23 Windsor Way? Caller is concerned because he's identifying himself as Xfinity, but the van doesn't say such. He supposedly does have a large wheel of wire with him, but she still finds it suspicious. She spoke to him while we were on the phone, and he says he's checking on a low-hanging wire in the area.
