25 units, rebroadcast for this 23-103, originally southbound 880, south of Winton. RP called back and advised southbound 880, south of 92. It's going to be the white sedan with a disabled plate similar to 058 Zebra Nora. It's speeding, swerving cross lanes, and looks like the RP is quite upset with their driving. Southbound 880, just south of 92. It's clear to be ID 5204, 37.
