I don't know if this is a check person or a check property or a suspicious vehicle here. It's the Parkside Apartments at 245 South Park Street. Our caller's in apartment number 104. He says that there's somebody in a van outside. It's a brown van with Wisconsin PC Baker Charlie Nora 9091 that he says is here in retaliation to him calling the cops on her recently.
