in the area of 8th Street and Liberty Avenue. Liberty Avenue and 8th Street. There's two males fighting in the alley between 8th and Elm. Sounds like it's been verbal only. They are in a vehicle, unknown make or model, can only see the headlights. Car alarm's been honking for 10 to 15 minutes. Vehicle's now going southbound.
