I believe it's going to be the same vehicle and the same caller that we had earlier tonight, the 5300 block of 17th Avenue. 5300 block of 17 Avenue. A black sedan driving through the neighborhood doing donuts. Last seen by Holy Rosary, and the caller advised it usually stays on 17th Avenue. They were making videos of people hanging out of the windows while doing donuts.3, clear.
