Information for any units in the area of 16th Street and Northern, it's a 647 Victor broadcast for an orange SUV, a Rosetta, Bush and William Adam 655 that followed complainant northbound on 16th Street. He was also driving erratically. A 101 got out of the vehicle and went up to complainant's vehicle, then pulled into a complex on the southeast corner. Complainant continued on. There is no contact.
