Go ahead. The water department's advising they have a 30 to 45 minute ETA. They're asking if any of you feel comfortable just opening the meter box and closing the valve. Yeah, us and the homeowner have tried that, and the top of the valve snapped off. It was frozen. Copy that. I'll let them know.
