3489. Can you advise for this call for 3423 Forbes Avenue? Caller states a person in this apartment stole a $650 earring from the caller's friend. Don't believe a report was followed about this yet. Caller's waiting on the side of the building. States she's unable to make access to the building. Tried to call back for further information. There's no answer.
