Element's en route to make a disturbance at 5969 Highland Hills Drive, the apartment. Security is reporting of a disturbance with a previously trespassed Black male wearing no shirt with black shorts. He was just DP'd from the property, and he has returned being competitive and aggressive. Unknown weapons and unknown if drugs, alcohol were involved.
