1054 PD, 411 High Point Street, signal 6 with Ashley, the PVA of Randall and Library. She was turning into near the museum at the sharp curve. Another vehicle hit her and did not stop. She went to Randall and PD, and no one was at the station. She's requesting signal 6 to follow.
