We have a loitering complaint. It's going to be at 613 South Canala Street at the One Voice in Beckley. Caller advised there was a black male, last seen wearing a white cap, a dark t-shirt, dark baggy pants. He had a walking stick or a club, what the caller described it as. The male appeared to be under the influence. He was talking to himself. Loitering in the area. There wasn't law enforcement to check the surrounding area of the One Voice.
