Respond to the Monroe Apartments, 1862 East 123rd Street. Got a call from a tenant who's reporting that there's two males taking apart a motorcycle, and he does not believe it is their motorcycle. Two black males, while on the phone, it sounded like the owner of the motorcycle came out to talk with them. He says it seems civil, but he's still finding it suspicious.
