2122, suspicious person in the area of 2581 Mountain Woods Drive. Repeating, 2581 Mountain Woods Drive. Caller advised white male, shirtless, holding a black package, was in the roadway. Said that the male appeared to be out of it. Is worried that subject may have gone to the vacant house to the right of caller's. Advised he had a white t-shirt over his head.
