Started as a report of an individual pointing a gun at someone at US 60 & Val Vista. The guy then went to Sossaman and 74th St and barricaded himself inside a unit. Came out after an hours long standoff and was arrested.
To the one that commented about chewing food, I was not chewing food . I was walking and there were other sounds around.
