In the area of North Dixie and South Grove, North Dixie and South Grove, there's a male walking southbound in the middle of the roadway, wearing dark clothing. Second caller is following him in a black Chevy Blazer, trying to block traffic. He asked to call for an ambulance for him, unknown why.
