7637 Northeast 165 Street. The neighbor, Terry, calling it in, like a 21, said the house is vacant because both elderly residents recently passed, and one of the outdoor entrances to the basement is now open. It was not open when RP checked in this morning. She's not sure if anybody is inside the house.
