Control to Fox 15. 15. Sir, in the area of Central and South, two kids on e-bikes, no taillights, last seen entering the rotary from the Central Street side. They're concerned because they almost got hit by a car. Received. I'm all the way in East Fox Road, just going to move it a little bit to get up there. I don't know if anyone's closer.
