1259 Concord, states that an unknown S1 kept pounding on the back door of the residence. Sounds very high intox on the call. Also have a harassment at 1284 Concord, stating that cousin's wife is calling and harassing her by calling PD on her. Jamisa Gardner. I have no idea if those two are related.
