103. 101. Party 2, 109 2nd Street Southeast. 109 2nd Street Southeast at Jack Brown's. Caller Bryson advises there are kids dropping water off the abandoned building. Should be a couple males, couple females, high school age, wearing athletic shorts and t-shirts, all white. The subjects are now running towards the King Pavilion, possibly up to 11 of them.
