Got a call for a suspicious male walking down Route 28 Orleans Road, heading towards Jackknife Harbor. RP stated that he seemed to be angry, was screaming, was punching his fist in the air, just seemed to be very off. RP stated he appears to be a white male in his late 20s, possibly with a beard, could not give me a better description. Also could not provide whether or not it was over the town line for Chatham yet or not. He thought it might be, but it's 10 minutes old.
