Charlie 42, Charlie 33. 4761 Governor's House at Extended Stay. Made contact with caller in room 226 in reference to the general manager of this hotel accusing the caller of stealing money. Caller's also advising the GM was possibly flattening the caller's tires as well. Caller's a Black female, age 40, green shirt, black tie.
