Time lapse on this is 15 minutes, 7200 South and Union Park. There's an older female walking southbound on Union Park. Complainant says she looked like she wasn't doing well. She's 70 to 80 years old, red blouse, dark pants, using a walker. She was last seen near Walmart. Complainant's worried for her welfare due to the heat. Nothing further.
