21. In reference to the traffic light malfunction on Avon Ferry and Centennial, I just passed through there. Traffic is flowing normally. It's got the appropriate flashers in each direction. Has DLR already been notified? It doesn't look like they've been notified yet, but I'll go ahead and call them if you need me to. 10-4. One direction is flashing red, one direction is flashing yellow, and traffic's flowing perfectly fine.
